Subscription Rules for Club Members
- Monthly Subscription:
- All Members, excluding Founders and Honorary Members, are required to pay a monthly subscription fee of Rs. 300.
- Dependent Members:
- Dependent Members aged between 18 and 21 years shall pay a monthly subscription of Rs. 25 each until they turn 21. Upon reaching 21, they can apply for full membership under clause 3.3.4.
- Library Fund Contribution:
- All categories of Club Members need to contribute Rs. 100 towards the Library Fund annually. This fund will be used for the growth and enhancement of the Club’s library.
- Exemptions for Senior Members:
- Founder and Permanent Members aged 65 and above, with a membership of at least 15 years, are exempt from paying both the monthly subscription and cover charges.
- Cover Charge Policy:
- Members, except those specified in 9.4, who do not utilize Club facilities worth a minimum of Rs. 600 per quarter will incur a cover charge of Rs. 600 in the following month. Quarters are defined as April to June, July to September, October to December, and January to March.

Credit Facilities and Debt Settlement Guidelines
- Payment Methodology:
- Club transactions for all Members will be strictly through Credit/Smart Card, with exceptions for specific departments like Party Hall and Guest Services as deemed necessary by the Managing Committee.
- This transition will be effective from the date announced by the Managing Committee.
- Credit Limit and Billing:
- Members (excluding Honorary Members) are eligible for a credit limit not exceeding Rs. 10,000 per calendar month. The Club will bill the amount utilized by the Member under this credit facility for that specific month, which must be settled promptly.
- Payment Modes and Restrictions:
- All transactions made by Members and their Authorized Dependents/Spouses must be done using Credit/Smart Card with the Member’s signature and Membership number.
- Cash transactions, including Guest Fees, are strictly prohibited.
- Payment Procedures:
- All payments to the Club must be made through Cash, Account Payee Cheques, Demand Drafts from local banks, or Debit/Credit Cards at the office cash counter.
- Dishonored cheques must be settled immediately using Demand Drafts or cash, with associated charges debited to the Member’s account.
- Settlement and Notifications:
- Bills must be settled in full, and partial payments will not be accepted. Payment deadlines, as stated in the bill, must be adhered to.
- Monthly bills will be emailed/SMSed to Members by the 10th of each month, with payment due by the last day of the month.
- Credit Monitoring and Default Consequences:
- Members exceeding their credit limit will have their further credit privileges suspended until all dues are cleared.
- Failure to settle dues within specified timelines will result in a 2% service charge per month on outstanding amounts.
- Defaulting Members will be notified via Registered Post Acknowledgement Due, with their status displayed on the Club’s Notice Board.
- Failure to clear dues within stipulated timeframes may lead to suspension or termination of Membership, with necessary legal actions taken for debt recovery.

- Guests are liable for any damages caused to the room or Club property during their occupancy. Financial penalties may apply as per the damage incurred.

- Meal Arrangements:

Banquet Hall & Board Room Booking Guidelines
- Member Exclusive Booking:
- Reservation of halls is limited to Club members, ensuring a reserved space for member events.
- Payment Procedures:
- Advance payment for hall rent, security deposit, and catering services is required through authorized channels, disallowing cash transactions.
- Booking Verification:
- Double-check booking details before final confirmation to avoid discrepancies or misunderstandings.
- Noise Regulations:
- Designation of a ‘Silence Zone,’ prohibiting live music and firecrackers to maintain decorum. Violation results in penalties.
- Music Curfew:
- Music restrictions post-10:00 p.m. with penalties for non-compliance, ensuring minimal disruption to surroundings.
- DJ Music Prohibition:
- Prohibition of loud music, such as DJ setups, in the Mini Hall area to uphold a tranquil atmosphere.

- No extensions granted post-11:30 p.m., emphasizing timely event conclusion.
- Ritual Restrictions:
- Prohibition of certain cultural rituals to maintain event neutrality and decorum within the premises.
- Cancellation Policy Penalty:
- Cancellation policy penalties stipulated based on proximity to the event date, defining the deductible charges.

SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
GENERAL RULES / ADMISSION POLICIES
- The swimming area is accessible only during official hours with a lifeguard present. Unauthorized entry is punishable.
- All individuals entering the pool area must pay the required admission fee.
- Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing all pool rules, and repeated violations may result in ejection.
FACILITY
- Food and drinks may only be consumed at the snack bar or designated areas. Waste must be disposed of in provided receptacles, with recycling encouraged.
- Pets are not allowed within the pool complex. Service animals are permitted in the pool area but not in the pool itself.
- Only staff members are permitted in specific areas such as staff rooms, filter room, mechanical room, storage room, and offices.
- Pool decks are not to be used for food or drink consumption.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere within the facilities.
LOCKER ROOMS
- Avoid bringing valuables; the Venue is not liable for personal belongings. Lost & Found items will be disposed of weekly.
- Food is not allowed in the locker rooms.
- Cameras or similar devices are prohibited in all locker rooms, bathrooms, and changing facilities.
- Utilize locker room facilities solely for changing purposes. Activities such as washing clothes and personal grooming are not permitted.
ATTIRE
- Proper swimming attire is required within the pool area. No street shoes or clothing are allowed on the decks for hygiene purposes.
- Pool users must wear appropriate swimming suits or trunks. Cut-offs, gym shorts, underwear, or non-swimwear materials are not permitted. Clean T-shirts may be worn for modesty or medical reasons.
- Swim caps are mandatory for all Swimming Pool participants.
BEHAVIOR
- Socializing with or distracting pool staff is prohibited.
- Please use the changing rooms for dressing.
- All swimmers are required to shower before entering the pool.
- Access to the pool deck is limited to specified individuals only, and only for designated purposes.
- Glass containers and food are not permitted in the pool area.
- Disruptive or endangering behavior, including abusive language, will lead to expulsion.
- Loitering is not permitted in the pool grounds or any of its facilities.
- Various activities such as running, rough play, and diving haphazardly are prohibited for safety reasons.
- Certain actions such as spitting, urinating, or defecating in the pool are strictly prohibited.
- Prolonged underwater swimming is not allowed for safety and health reasons.
- Ball games are only allowed as part of organized activities.
- Gum chewing is not permitted within the pool complex.
- Patrons are not allowed under the bulkhead.
RESTRICTIONS
- Untrained infants/children and incontinent adults must wear appropriate swimwear with snug-fitting protective layers to prevent accidents.
- Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 6 years old need direct adult supervision while in the water.
HEALTH / SAFETY POLICIES
- The Club does not hold liability for injuries, except in cases of gross negligence. Participants are advised to consult a physician before engaging in activities.
- Any injuries occurring in the pool area should be reported to management promptly.
- Patrons are required to shower before entering the water.
- Certain types of lotions and sunscreens are not allowed.
- Patrons with certain health conditions are not permitted in the pool.
- Individuals with diarrhoea are not allowed to use the pool.
EQUIPMENT / TOYS
- Certain recreational items are not allowed in the main pools.
- Specific personal flotation devices may be worn with permission.
- Use of headphones when listening to music is required.
RULES FOR SWIMMERS
- Non-swimmers are limited to shallow water activities.
- Diving is strictly prohibited.
PRACTICE HEALTHY SWIMMING HABITS
- Children and adults with recent diarrhoea should refrain from swimming.
- All individuals are encouraged to use the bathroom before entering the pool and take regular restroom breaks.
- Showering before and after pool use is recommended.
- Diaper changes should be conducted in the bathroom, not the pool area.
